It’s always nice when a film doesn’t try to be bigger than itself. By “sticking to the script” so to speak, this relatively straightforward docudrama was elevated. Perhaps one of the more interesting facts about this film is that the Winklevoss twins executive produced it. If one of the principles of the movie and the movement behind it is to give “financial” power to the people, it’s funny and sensible that people seeking to institutionalize crypto bankrolled anti-regulated-exchange propaganda. I wonder how much it pained Pete Davidson to play a character from Massachusetts and whether or not Kate Burton found him charming.
