Independent product, data, and content-strategy practice—growth systems, MarTech and customer data platforms, privacy-aware data governance, AI-native operations, and AI training and evaluation.
- Build and operate The Booth on Claude Code, the AI-native system I plan and ship my own work from, this site and my published writing included: six workstreams merged into one prioritized day, agents that run unattended on a schedule, and every automated write logged with an undo
- Set the privacy rules for The Booth’s automation: the jobs that can reach the internet can’t reach personal data
- Fleet (opens in new tab) (2026–present): AI training data for agent research—prompt development, and sessions in simulated environments that logged every change
- DataAnnotation (opens in new tab) (2023–2026): LLM and agent training and evaluation—wrote prompts, criteria, and rubrics using CoT and meta-prompting, adversarial prompts included; graded model responses and peer-reviewed other contributors’ work
- Artist Growth (opens in new tab) (2022): product operations and GDPR/CCPA compliance for music-industry SaaS
- New England Foundation for the Arts (opens in new tab) (2022): content strategy
- Analytics architecture and data strategy for a private client (2022)
