Do I want to marry Koji Yakusho? Yes, but that’s not the point. I love how this film expounded upon the tension between capitalism and community. You can derive happiness from both, but it is perhaps true that one costs the other. This is an example of how you cover a lot of ground simply and effectively. Every detail is just right and I hope more people watch this in the coming days, weeks, months, and years.
