This was a pretty good film but I think it got a bit lost between being humorous and earnest. In the end, it didn’t have the emotional gravitas to stick its landing. And with a cast of talented and reputable Black actors, I’m certain why we needed to give the With and And credits to the only notable white actors in the movie.
