Films like this are so important because they show how racism can manifest as straight up mental illness. It's not as simple as "someone doesn't like me;" it's as fucked up as "this person wants me dead and to blame me for my own death, at that." I wish some of the stitching of the footage had been more cohesive, but overall appreciated the decision to use bodycam footage to underscore police involvement in perpetuating racism.
