It’s super hard to outperform a knockout season. It’s even harder to seem like you’re not faltering when you don’t. This season of SLC managed to pull it off, though. Once again, well-edited, balanced in its treatment, and highly digestible. We love our camp emotionally grounded. Forever grateful that Mary Cosby and Angie K came fully locked into this season. I feel incredibly vindicated in my initial read on Bronwyn; I maintain that her husband is the only one clocking her tea. Sad to say, but this may be the last time we see daddy Seth on screen because mother Marks seems big done.

The plane drama really tore this season apart and I don’t see how the case in this iteration moves forward. The reunion pushed so far through the fourth wall that I wasn’t sure why Andy was even there. I’m praying for a cast shakeup to restore this show to its true glory.
Episode notes
The stage whispering in the spa really got me. Also, Lisa’s edit was so rude because she is right about the trees. Have we not watched Avatar?
Mary Cosby was firing on all cylinders. Bronwyn carried. I don’t know how but Meredith gave Kim and Rinna vibes at the same time. I’m obsessed with how polarizing she and Lisa are as the Sagittarians of the group. That shady playwright read them to filth. Stellar episode, but the edit feels a bit contrived at this point.
Saggiterrorists are fully activated. Lightning in a bottle this show.
